Quick Actions are also available directly inside client conversations, so you can take action on a client's account without leaving the conversation.
How to Use the Quick Actions Menu in Thryv Business Center
The Quick Actions menu is located in the top left navigation menu of Thryv Business Center, above the Dashboard. The Quick Actions menu is accessible from every screen in Thryv Business Center, so you can create a new client contact, send an invoice, process a payment, and perform other common actions without navigating away from your current screen.

How to Use Quick Actions Inside a Client Conversation
The Quick Actions menu is also available inside client conversations in your Thryv Business Center inbox. To access Quick Actions from within a conversation, select the + button located in the bottom right corner of the conversation screen, next to the Send button. The Quick Actions menu in conversations provides access to nine client-specific actions. All actions available in the conversation Quick Actions menu are specific to the client whose conversation is currently open — the actions apply directly to that client's account.
