With your Thryv Business Center Mobile App, we make it easier than ever to accept all forms of payment - in the quickest way possible - with QuickPay.
We've outlined the steps required to accept a payment below, and we've even included some helpful video overviews as a visual guide.
Accept Credit Card on Mobile (Available with all payment processors.)
- From the Dashboard, select Accept Payment.
- Choose the client you wish to take a payment from. (Note: If the client does not yet exist in your CRM, you can select "+" and add them prior to the upcoming steps.)
- Once you've chosen your client, you can customize what you are charging them for. The video shows "Service", but you can change this to whatever you want by selecting the field and typing.
- Use the calculator buttons to input the exact cost for the payment, and select "Continue".
- Choose "Credit Card" as the form of payment.
- Select "Charge."
- Select "Credit or Debit Card."
- Input the customer's credit card number & expiration date

- Select submit.

- Have the customer sign using their finger or a stylus pen.
- Hit "Save" and you will see the screen staying the customer was successfully charged.
Accept Cash on Mobile
- From the Dashboard, select Accept Payment.
- Choose the client you wish to take a payment from. (Note: If the client does not yet exist in your CRM, you can select "+" and add them prior to the upcoming steps.)
- Once you've chosen your client, you can customize what you are charging them for. The video shows "Service", but you can change this to whatever you want by selecting the field and typing.
- Use the calculator buttons to input the exact cost for the payment, and select "Continue".
- Choose "Cash" as the form of payment.
- Select "Charge."
- Hit "Done" on the screen that displays the customer's payment was successfully recorded.
Accept Check on Mobile
- From the Dashboard, select Accept Payment.
- Choose the client you wish to take a payment from. (Note: If the client does not yet exist in your CRM, you can select "+" and add them prior to the upcoming steps.)
- Once you've chosen your client, you can customize what you are charging them for. The video shows "Service", but you can change this to whatever you want by selecting the field and typing.
- Use the calculator buttons to input the exact cost for the payment, and select "Continue".
- Choose "Check" as the form of payment.
- Select "Charge."
- Hit "Done" on the screen that displays the customers payment was successfully recorded.
Accept Other Forms of Payment on Mobile
- From the Dashboard, select Accept Payment.
- Choose the client you wish to take a payment from. (Note: If the client does not yet exist in your CRM, you can select "+" and add them prior to the upcoming steps.)
- Once you've chosen your client, you can customize what you are charging them for. The video shows "Service", but you can change this to whatever you want by selecting the field and typing.
- Use the calculator buttons to input the exact cost for the payment, and select "Continue".
- Choose "Other" as the form of payment. (Note: Other could refer to an online payment using PayPal.)
- Select "Charge."
- Hit "Done" on the screen that displays the customer's payment was successfully recorded.
