This article will show your customers how to add a direct link to the Client Portal to their mobile device's home screen, giving them quick access to their communications with your business without having to search for past messages.
The first time a customer opens your Client Portal, they will be prompted to add it to their home screen. If they close the prompt without completing the steps, they can follow the instructions below to add it manually.
From an iPhone:
Your customer can tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen and scroll right to select Add to Home Screen.
From an Android:
Your customer can click on the tri-dots at the top of the screen, and then click "Add to Home Screen".
