We want to make it easier for your customers to stay in touch with you. This article will demonstrate how your customers can easily add the direct link to the Client Portal to the home screen of their cell phone. This means they won't have to search for past communications in order to continue to communicate with you.
The first time that your customers pull up your Client Portal, it will prompt them to take these steps below to add the Client Portal to their home screen. If, for some reason, your customer closes without following the initial prompts, they will have to take the following steps below.
From an iPhone:
Your customer can click on the "Send" action button at the bottom of the page, and scroll to the right to add it to their Home Screen.
From an Android:
Your customer can click on the tri-dots at the top of the screen, and then click "Add to Home Screen".
