What You Can Do With Clients on the Thryv Mobile App
The Clients section of the Thryv® mobile app gives you access to your complete client information from your mobile device, so you can maintain consistent and informed client relationships wherever you are. The following capabilities are available in the Clients section of the Thryv mobile app:
Custom CRM views — Cycle between custom CRM views created in the desktop version of Thryv Business Center™. For details on setting up custom CRM views, see how to create and manage custom CRM views in Thryv Business Center.
Full client profile access — View all client profile information, bookings, conversations, sales, documents, and appointments for any client directly from your mobile device.
Quick contact and navigation — Call a client directly from the client profile or navigate to the client's address using your device's map application.

Custom CRM views displayed in the mobile app are created and managed in the desktop version of Thryv Business Center and cannot be created directly in the mobile app.
