Online Booking Policies in Thryv gives you full control over the rules clients must follow when booking, canceling, or rescheduling online, so your schedule stays protected and clients know exactly what to expect before they confirm an appointment. You can set a cancellation and reschedule window that limits how close to the appointment time a client can make changes, enable a waitlist for group events that automatically or manually fills canceled spots, and add a custom booking policy up to 1,000 characters that displays to clients right before they submit a booking. Online Booking Policies also lets you require clients to accept your terms of service by linking directly to your terms on your website or any external URL. To access Online Booking Policies, click Settings in the left-hand navigation, click Booking Options under Services, and select Booking Policies at the top of the menu.
