To see the Listings Overview, click Online Presence in the left-hand navigation, then click Listings Management.

If you have not yet activated your listings, click the Activate my Listings button. New listings can take up to 24 hours to appear. Changes to existing listings can take 1–2 hours to update. If your listings have not appeared after 24 hours, contact Thryv Support at support@thryv.com.

Note: The sites available will vary by location for international partnerships.

The view is divided into the following sections:

• High-level overview 
  • This contains the basic info and links contained in your listings
  • Link to edit your listing information
  • Link to edit your Google Business Profile

• Interactive View
  • Shows active listings in an interactive graph
  • Icons are sized according to traffic
  • Can be filtered by:
    • Aggregators
    • Apps
    • Directories
    • Events
    • Maps
    • Search Engines
    • Social Media
    • Voice Assistants (Siri, Alexa, etc).

• Card View
  • Shows listings in alphabetical order by site name:
    • Toggle views with button in upper right corner of chart
    • Can be filtered in all the same ways as interactive view

If You Have An Existing Yext Account

Thryv Business Center™ connects your business listings through Yext. If you already have a Yext account — either directly with Yext or through a different listings provider — Thryv Business Center cannot connect your listings until that other account is released. Two providers cannot control the same Yext account at the same time.

If Thryv Business Center detects an existing Yext account, the Listings Management screen displays this message: "It appears you already have a YEXT account or provider. To use Listings Management (powered by YEXT), your current provider must release your listing."

To resolve this conflict, contact Yext directly at locationconflict@yext.com. Yext will coordinate with your current provider to release your listing so Thryv Business Center can connect it. Response times and next steps are managed by Yext once you reach out.

Listings Management FAQ

What do I do if I already have a Yext account or listings with another provider?

Thryv Business Center™ cannot connect your listings if you already have an active Yext account, either directly with Yext or through a different provider. Contact Yext at locationconflict@yext.com to release your current provider so Thryv Business Center can connect your listings.

What publisher networks are included as part of the Online Listings Management feature in Thryv Business Center?

The networks that are included are Google (Google Business Profile), Yahoo!, Bing, Yelp, as well as an additional 60+ top publisher sites in the US.

Can Listings support multiple locations?

Each Thryv account ties to one Yext account. Therefore, the only way to create a 2nd listing profile for a 2nd location would be to purchase another instance of Thryv. One Thryv account can not contain multiple listing profiles

Are franchise accounts able to use listing management?

Yes, with the notable exception that Yelp is not able to support multiple locations. Yelp listings will need to be managed separately. Keep in mind that for franchise accounts, each location will have its own Yext account with its own listing profile.

How soon after a listing is claimed and updated does it reflect on the partner sites?

Many listings are made in real-time, however, some can take up to 72 hours to update.

What features are updated with my listings?

Logos, special offers, hours of operation, brick & mortar address & more can be updated across all our publisher sites.
