Keep in mind that while we can offer guidance and support, this is still a step that you as the business owner must complete yourself.

How can I set up a service for Reserve with Google?

Are there any limitations or requirements for services available to be booked on Reserve with Google?
Yes, services cannot require online pre-payment or be a free service. Service location must take place at your business location and be set to auto-accept.
Will I be notified if I have been accepted to Reserve with Google?
Yes, you will receive a notification by email when your application is submitted and it is approved. However, any further details or inquiries while Google is reviewing your application must take place with them directly.
What if I have already opted into Reserve with Google with another software?
If you choose to use Reserve with Google and Thryv Business Center, before you can connect, you will have to opt-out of the other software connected.
Will the lead source appear in Thryv Business Center for appointments scheduled from Reserve with Google?
Yes, this will appear in Inbox>Sources and on the Client Card for new clients added through these appointment bookings.
Will I be able to process online payments for appointments booked using Reserve with Google?
Not at this time.
Are Campaign opt-ins supported?
