Note: due to regulation changes set forth by mobile carriers, Thryv Business Center™ no longer enables new SMS text marketing for Business Center users. If you enabled SMS text marketing before this change and completed the required registration, you can still send marketing SMS messages and update your opt-in offer text. Users who did not complete registration before the change will not see the SMS text marketing option in their Thryv Business Center account.
How to Edit Your SMS Opt-In Keyword
To edit your opt-in keyword, click Settings in the left-hand navigation. Then click Campaigns, and select Keyword. Locate the Opt-In Keyword field on the page.

Your opt-in keyword is the word or phrase customers text to 85100 to sign up for your text promotions. Customers must always complete a double opt-in by replying Y or Yes to the initial welcome text they receive from your business.
How to Edit Your Opt-In Offer Message
To edit the thank-you message and the message sent after subsequent opt-in attempts, locate the Opt-In Offer section on the same Keyword settings page. Use the text fields in the Opt-In Offer section to update each message.

You can also include an initial offer in the opt-in message to reward new customers who sign up for your text marketing promotions. Enter the offer details in the Opt-In Offer text field before saving your changes.
