This feature is included in select Thryv Business Center accounts. If you don't see it in your product, please contact our team to explore your options.
Note: Due to changes in regulations set forth by mobile carriers, Thryv can no longer enable marketing SMS messages for Thryv Business Center users. Users who enabled before this change and completed the necessary registration can still send marketing SMS messages and change their Opt-In offer text accordingly. Other users will not see this option in their Thryv Business Center account.
To edit your opt-in offer for SMS Text Marketing, click on Settings>Campaigns>Keyword.
To locate your opt-in keyword, locate the field in the section "Opt-In Keyword."
Customers must text this code to 85100 to sign up for your text promotions. Customers must always double opt-in by replying Y or Yes to the initial welcome text they receive from you.
To edit the thank you message and the message sent after subsequent opt-in attempts, use the fields located in the section "Opt-In Offer."
You can also include an initial opt-in offer to all new customers who have opted-in to your marketing messages.
