Every business collects different information from clients, and a client card that does not match your workflow means manually tracking details outside your CRM. Edit Client Fields in Thryv lets you add, remove, and reorder contact fields so your client records capture exactly the information your business needs, from date of birth to custom fields specific to your industry. When you add a new field using Edit Client Fields, you can choose the field type, name the field, select which forms the field appears on including the client details form, scheduling form, and payment form, and decide whether the field is required or displayed only until the client fills it out. Fields you add appear at the bottom of the list and can be dragged into the order you want them to display on your forms. To get started, click Settings in the left-hand navigation and select Client and Contact Info in the third column.
