Online reviews directly influence whether potential customers choose your business. Responding to reviews promptly (both positive and negative) shows customers that you are attentive and care about their experience. Thryv® brings all of your online reviews from across the web into a single dashboard, so you can monitor, respond to, and flag reviews without logging into each review platform separately.

This video walks you through how to use the Thryv reviews dashboard to manage and respond to online reviews, including how to write and post a response to a review by clicking Reply, how to update a previously posted response, and how to flag a potentially illegitimate review using the three-dot menu and selecting Flag Review to report it to the review site for their evaluation. Note that the review site has the final say on whether a flagged review is removed. It does not cover requesting new reviews from clients. Watch the full video below to follow along with the reviews dashboard walkthrough. To get started, navigate to the reviews dashboard in your Thryv account. To respond to a review, type your response and click Reply to post it on the review site. To flag a review as potentially illegitimate, click the three-dot menu on the review and select Flag Review.
