The Create a New Service feature in Thryv gives you complete control over every detail of your offerings (from location and duration to pricing, staff assignments, and client intake forms) so your booking page reflects exactly what your business provides. When you create a new service, you can set the appointment type, choose whether the service takes place face-to-face, over the phone, or online, and assign the service to individual staff members or your entire team. The Create a New Service advanced options let you add a service description, a photo, preparation time between appointments, and custom intake fields to collect the specific information you need before a client's appointment. Every service you create appears on your service menu and is available for online booking the moment you click Save.
