Archiving messages in your Thryv inbox lets you clear out conversations you no longer need at the top of your queue, without permanently losing them. Unlike deleting a message, archiving preserves a full record of the conversation so you can refer back to it anytime. From the inbox in the left-hand navigation, you can archive one message or select multiple at a time, confirm the action and instantly move them out of your active inbox. Archived messages are stored in the Archived folder on the left-hand side of the inbox and remain accessible whenever you need them.
