A client message that gets read but not acted on can easily get buried as new conversations come in. Setting an inbox message to unread in your Thryv inbox moves the conversation back to the Requires Your Attention folder, so the message stays visible until you or a staff member sends a response. The Set an Inbox Message to Unread feature works on single messages or multiple messages at once, making it easy to flag a batch of conversations that need follow-up without opening each one individually. A message marked as unread stays in the Requires Your Attention folder until the message is read again. To set a message to unread, open your inbox, select the message or messages you want to flag, click More at the top of the screen, and click Mark as Unread.
