Zapier is a powerful tool that connects Thryv to over 5,000 other applications like QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or Facebook Lead Ads. It acts like a digital bridge, allowing your different apps to "talk" to one another and share information automatically. By setting up these connections, you can eliminate manual data entry and ensure your customer information is always where you need it.

Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap is driven based on Triggers and Actions between apps where your data gets sent automatically.

Each Zap has one app as the **Trigger**, where your information comes from and which causes one or more **Actions** in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.

Important Note on Access: To ensure your data remains secure, only the Primary Admin on the Thryv account can access the connection key needed for Zapier. If you are a staff member or secondary admin, you will not have access to these settings and should contact your account owner to assist with the setup.

How do I get started?

Sign up for a free Zapier account by going to https://zapier.com.

Select Thryv under Apps you use often, and you will be able to see all of the Zaps that our Thryv Product team has created already for you to use!

How do I connect Thryv to Zapier?

1. Go back to your Thryv Business Center account
2. Navigate to Settings>Integrations
3. 
4. Click on Connect
5. At that point you will see a screen including your API token which you will use to connect Thryv to your new Zapier account
6. Log in to your Zapier account you just created.
7. Navigate to "Connected Accounts" from the top menu bar.
8. Now click on "Connect new account" and search for and select Thryv.
9. 
10. You will get a pop-up where you will be able to add your API Token from Thryv to Zapier
11. Enter your API token into Zapier
12. Once that's done you can start creating automation!
