To add the Client Portal code to your Joomla site, you will first need to allow JavaScript and iFrame on your Joomla editor:

• On the Extensions menu, click Plugin Manager.
• Find and click Editors – TinyMCE (or any other editor in use), then click Basic Options on the right.
• In the Prohibited Elements section, remove any mention of "script" and "iFrame," then click Save.
• Set up general text filtering:
  • Joomla 2.5 / 3.1: Click the Site menu, select Global Configuration, then click Text Filters.
  • Joomla 1.7: Click the Content menu, select Article Manager, click Options in the top-right corner, then click the Text Filters tab.
  • Under the Super Users section, select No Filtering.

Copy the Client Portal HTML code:

• From the left navigation pane, click Online Presence.
• Click Add to Website.
  
   
• Copy the code provided to your clipboard

Add the Client Portal Widget Code to your site:

• Click on Extensions menu and select Module manager.
• Click on New and select Custom HTML.
• Enter a title and Select Position-0 (If you don't see the Client Portal on your website after you complete this step, you may need to choose a different position, depending on the website templates).
• In the Content Editor section click the HTML button, paste the Client Portal Widget HTML Code and click Update. 
• Click on Save.
