The Dashboard is your home screen for Thryv Business Center. It gives a snapshot of your upcoming appointments and open payments, active clients, and allows you to take quick actions to communicate with your customers.
This article will cover the following areas of the dashboard:
Quick Actions
Sales
The Sales section provides you with aggregate metrics about your revenue. Click on any of these metrics to be taken to the individual dashboard for that metric
- Year to date revenue

Overdue Payments
- Including the number and aggregate amount of payments that are 31 or more days past due.
- Pending Estimates

Weekly Scheduled Revenue
- This chart shows the total dollar amount of the fees of all scheduled appointments for each week. This chart does not consider whether the fee has already been paid or will be paid at booking.

Schedule
The Calendar section provides you with the following information:

Upcoming appointments
- Click on an appointment to be taken to that appointment

Appointments for the next 5 days
- Click on a day to be taken to that day on your calendar

Total bookings for the month
- Click on this to be taken to this month's full view in your calendar

Campaigns
The Recent Campaigns section shows your most recently sent campaigns in chronological order, with the following metrics about the number of contacts who:
- Received the campaign
- Opened the campaign
- Clicked on the action button
- Took action in the client portal after receiving it

Clients
The Clients shows a quick list of your clients based on the currently selected CRM view. If you have created custom CRM views, you can select them here to see that list of clients

At the bottom of the Dashboard, you have to ability to choose your default screen when signing in to Thryv Business Center.
