In your Services settings, you can define any service or appointment option you wish to offer your clients.

There are three available meeting format options to choose from: online, in person, or over the phone.

When it comes to phone-based meetings, Thryv Business Center™ offers two different options:

• Provide your own number for the client to call you at. The client will only receive your number once you have confirmed the meeting.
• Ask the client to provide a phone number for you to call at the time of the meeting.
