When a client books an appointment or submits a contact request, Thryv Business Center automatically sends a follow-up message on your behalf. Customizing these messages helps you respond instantly, set expectations, and make a strong first impression.
To customize these messages, click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu, then select Auto Client Messages.
How to Customize Your Appointment Request Follow-Up Message
In the Auto Client Messages section, locate the Follow-Up Message field for appointment requests and enter the message you would like clients to receive. The appointment request follow-up message field support basic HTML formatting and hyperlinks, giving you the flexibility to customize your messages with bold text, line breaks, and links to helpful resources.
How to Customize Your Contact Request Follow-Up Message
Thryv Business Center sends a separate follow-up message when a client submits a contact request. To customize this message, click Settings in the left-hand navigation, then click Auto Client Messages. In the Auto Client Messages section, locate the Follow-Up Message field for contact requests and type your desired message. The contact request follow-up message field supports basic HTML formatting and hyperlinks, allowing you to bold text, insert line breaks, and include links to websites, documents, or other resources.
