With the system you have the ability to setup & customize two different Thank you messages; one for appointment requests, and one for contact requests.
To start, navigate to Settings > Auto Client Messages.
Once there, you may input a message for each option under the Thank You message boxes.
You may include basic HTML and/or a hyperlink to the desired website, document, etc. as shown in the example below.
