This article covers changing or resetting your password for the Classic Thryv Business Center login, which is the login used by accounts that do not have access to Thryv® Command Center. If your account uses Thryv Command Center to log in, the steps below will not apply to you. This article covers two scenarios: changing your password while you are logged in to Thryv Business Center, and resetting your password when you have forgotten it. Your Thryv Business Center account holds your customer data, payment information, and business operations. Updating your password regularly and after any staff changes keeps your business protected from unauthorized access. A strong, current password also protects your customers' data and your business reputation. Changing your password takes less than a minute and is one of the simplest ways to keep your business secure.
How to Change Your Password While Logged In
If you remember your current password and want to change it, follow these steps from inside your Thryv Business Center account. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation. Then click Business Info.
The Settings menu displays in the left-hand navigation with multiple options. The Business Info option is highlighted, leading to the screen where account information including the password can be managed.
Inside the Business Info screen, locate the Admin Account section. Click the Change Password button to open the password change form.

In the password change form, enter your current password in the first field. Enter your new password in the second field, then enter the new password again in the third field to confirm it. Click Save to apply the change.
The password change form displays three fields: Current Password, New Password, and Confirm New Password. All three fields must be completed to update the password.
How to Reset Your Password If You Forgot It
If you cannot remember your password and are unable to log in, you can reset it from the Thryv Business Center login page. If you are currently logged in to another account, click the menu in the top-right corner of your screen and click Logout to return to the login page.

On the login page, click Forgot your password below the login fields to begin the password reset process.

On the password reset screen, enter the email address you use to log in to Thryv Business Center. Click Reset Password to send the reset email.

Check your inbox for the password reset email from Thryv Business Center. Open the email and click the reset link inside to be taken to a screen where you can set your new password. The reset link is single-use and expires after a limited time, so reset your password as soon as you receive the email.
