To change the email address assigned to your Primary Admin staff account navigate to Settings > Business Info and update the Account Email section. This email address will be the address that notifications and reminders are sent to, as well as the email you use to log into Thryv.
Note: Changing the Account Email field under Business Info will change the email address used for your Primary Admin staff account. Changing one will always change the other
To update the email address for your staff members while logged in as the Admin, navigate to Settings > Staff > Edit. This will change that staff member's login email and send notifications to that address
