Why Tracking Campaign Performance Helps You Communicate More Effectively
Sending an announcement is only half the picture. Knowing whether clients actually opened it, clicked through, or took action tells you which messages are working and which ones need improvement. The Announcements Dashboard in Thryv Business Center™ gives you a complete view of your campaign delivery metrics — including who received, viewed, clicked, and engaged with each announcement — so you can make informed decisions about your client communications and keep refining your approach over time.
Use the Announcements Dashboard to:
See how each campaign performed — View delivery metrics for every announcement including sent, delivered, viewed, clicked, engaged, bounced, and spam counts.
Identify which clients took action — Click into any metric to see exactly which clients are included in that count.
Manage and reuse campaigns — Edit, clone, delete, or send test versions of your announcements directly from the Dashboard.
Review your full delivery history — Access a complete record of all delivered campaigns and their stats from the Delivery History screen.
How to View Your Announcement Campaign Stats
To access the Announcements Dashboard, click Marketing in the left-hand navigation of Thryv Business Center, then click Announcements. The Announcements Dashboard displays all of your campaigns in a list view.

A View Stats button is displayed on the right side of each campaign row. The Announcements Dashboard does not show individual client responses — click View Stats to see the delivery metrics for a specific campaign.
Click View Stats next to a campaign to open the delivery metrics for that announcement.

The metrics displayed are Sent, Delivered, Viewed, Clicked, Engaged, Bounced, and SPAM. Clicking any metric box opens a detailed list of the specific clients included in that count.
The following metrics are available for each announcement campaign:
Sent — The number of clients selected and targeted for the campaign.
Delivered — The number of clients the campaign was successfully delivered to.
Viewed — The number of clients who opened and viewed the communication.
Clicked — The number of clients who clicked on something within the communication.
Engaged — The number of clients who took a direct action from the communication.
Bounced — The number of clients whose email addresses were undeliverable. For a full explanation of email bounces and how to resolve them, see Understanding Email Bounces in Thryv Business Center.
SPAM — The number of clients who marked the campaign as spam.
The screenshot above shows the Viewed metric detail view. A list of client names is displayed showing which clients opened the announcement campaign, along with the date each client viewed it. The same detail view is available for all other metrics — click any metric box on the delivery metrics screen to see the client-level breakdown for that metric.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this article cover?
This article covers how to view delivery metrics for announcement campaigns from the Announcements Dashboard in Thryv Business Center, how to manage campaigns using the three-dot menu options, and how to access your full campaign Delivery History. This article does not cover how to create or send announcement campaigns — for campaign creation instructions, see your announcements setup guide.
What is the difference between Viewed, Clicked, and Engaged?
These three metrics measure increasing levels of client interaction with your announcement. Viewed means the client opened the communication. Clicked means the client clicked on a link or button inside the communication. Engaged means the client took a direct action as a result of the communication — such as booking an appointment, making a payment, or responding to a call to action.
What does a Bounced status mean for an email campaign?
A Bounced status means the email could not be delivered because the recipient's email address is invalid or undeliverable. A bounced email is not received by the client. For a full explanation of email bounces and how to resolve them, see Understanding Email Bounces in Thryv Business Center.
Can I see which specific clients clicked on a link in my announcement?
Yes. Click the Clicked metric box on the delivery metrics screen for any campaign to open a detailed list showing exactly which clients clicked on something within the announcement. The same client-level detail is available for every metric — Sent, Delivered, Viewed, Clicked, Engaged, Bounced, and SPAM.
