Schedule for later:
Once you have created your announcement and you are ready to schedule, do the following:
Schedule your announcement
1 Click Send on your campaign:
Navigate to your announcement and click Send to open the send screen.

2 Select your channel and duplicate settings:
Choose Email or Text as your delivery channel. Then decide whether to avoid re-sending to clients who already received this campaign.
Avoid re-sending: If you're resending a campaign in the future, this setting prevents duplicate messages from reaching the same clients, keeping your communication clean and professional.

Select the tags or clients you want to reach:
Choose your target audience by tags or individual clients. Thryv will automatically expand this selection at send time to include any new clients who fit your criteria.

Click "Schedule for later" on the All set? screen:
Instead of sending immediately, select Schedule for later to pick your delivery date and time.

Select your date and time:
Choose exactly when you want the announcement to go out, morning, evening, a future date, whatever fits your strategy.
You'll see a confirmation: "Announcement Scheduled Successfully", you're all set.
Smart audience selection, happens automatically at send time:
The client count shown when you schedule reflects your audience at that moment. When the announcement actually runs, Thryv re-evaluates your criteria, so any new clients who fit your tags by then will be included automatically. Your list stays fresh without any extra work from you.
- Select the tags or clients you want to send to.
- When you get to All set? Click on Schedule for later.

Where to find your scheduled announcements:
Navigate to Announcements → Scheduled Deliveries to see every upcoming announcement in one place.
Each announcement shows the client count selected at the time of scheduling, this is a snapshot, not the final count.
The scheduled send time is displayed clearly so you always know when each announcement goes out.
The final audience is determined when the announcement runs, new clients matching your criteria will be included automatically.
