    Branding the Client Portal Widget Forms

    You can customize the Client Portal widget scheduling and contact request screens to best match your website design. The design you set, will apply also on the automatic email notifications and reminders sent by the system to your clients.

    If you have a multi-staff account these color configurations will apply for all your staff members to present a unified branded experience. 

    To edit the Client Portal Widget branding on your account, navigate to Online Presence > Website Widgets.

    Click on Edit/View then scroll down and click on General Settings.

    Under Branding click on Portal colors and Branding.

    You can change the colors for the scheduler header, including text color and theme color.

    Please note: The second theme color box (in pictured above) will be applied to the buttons in the automatic email notifications, so we suggest using a darker color to ensure readability.
