Creating a consistent brand for your customers is important, and Thryv Business Center makes it easy to showcase your brand. By adding your branding color and business logo, you can create a cohesive experience across your Client Portal, website widgets, and important communications like email reminders, estimates, and invoices. This guide will show you how to set your branding color, upload your logo, and understand where your logo and brand color will appear to enhance your brand presence.

Set Your Branding Color
First, navigate to Settings>Business Info>Logo & Brand Color
From here, you can either type in a HEX or RGB Code if you know your exact brand color.
Note: If using a HEX code, you must type the # in front of the code or it will not display properly. If using RGB code, you must use the exact format RGB (x,x,x) or it will not display properly
Alternatively, click on the color icon, and you can use the color picker to select a color. The exact RGB code will be displayed so you can use the color elsewhere.
To change the top bar of your client portal, repeat this process by clicking on Profile Picture & Cover>Choose Color
Note: This color does not necessarily have to match your branding color. If you use multiple colors, you can try different combinations for an aesthetically pleasing client portal
Where To Upload Your Logo
To upload your logo to Thryv Business Center software, navigate to Settings>Business Settings>Logo & Brand Color. Click the edit pencil on the image to upload your logo.
Adding Your Logo To Your Client Portal
In addition, you can add your logo to your client portal, by adding it in Settings>Business Info>Profile Picture & Cover. You don't necessarily have to add the same logo in both places.
When added this way, your logo will appear on every page on your Client Portal. This includes any intake forms or website widgets your customers may use.
Where Your Logo and Brand Color Will Appear
Now that you've defined a color for your brand and added your logo, let's see where each of these will appear to your customers.
Your Online Listings
Your logo in Thryv Business Center will feed directly to the logo for all of your online listings on the sites managed by Thryv. This is great for helping build a familiar brand with your customers and help you get found and chosen online. (For a full guide to optimizing your listings, Click Here!)
Estimates and Invoices
Your logo will appear in the top left corner of all Estimates and Invoices
Reminders
Any reminders sent for an invoice, appointment, or group event will also have your logo at the top.
As mentioned previously, you can upload a logo to your client portal. This can be the same or a different logo as mentioned above. The banner at the top and all action buttons will change to match your selected brand color.
In each page of your client portal, which includes viewing estimates, invoices, appointment reminders and more, your brand color will appear. In addition, your client portal logo will appear in the top left and serve as a home button for your client portal.
Note that the client portal includes your Online Scheduler
FAQ
Does my logo need to be a certain size or shape?
In addition to the file size, ensure that the size of the image itself is also at least 250 x 250 pixels and no more than 500 x 500 pixels.In addition the supported Aspect Ratio is 1 x 1.
If I have added my logo to Business Info, do I also need to add it to my listing photo gallery?
If you added an image as your logo, it will already appear in your listings. Adding it in photos would cause the image to appear in both places.
What if I don't have a logo?
No, if you don't have a logo uploaded, Thryv will use the initials of your business (first two words) in place of a logo. If you would like Thryv to design a logo for your business, contact your Business Advisor to discuss pricing and options, or call support at 844-998-4798.
