Will profiles, connected on my mobile device also appear on the desktop version of the app?

Yes! Any profiles connected on mobile will also be connected on desktop, and any profiles connected on desktop will be connected on mobile.

If I'm a Thryv Marketing Center user, can I also connect social profiles from my mobile device?

Yes! Although there is no mobile app for Thryv Marketing Center, you are able to access Thryv Marketing Center from a mobile browser. Social profiles can be connected from the mobile browser, and the process is identical.
