Locate your LinkedIn Super Admin

In order to post to LinkedIn, your account must be connected by the LinkedIn Super Admin.

To verify your login access status, log in to the LinkedIn account you want to link. Click on Me at the top of the page, then click on the company page linked to Thryv.

From here, navigate to Settings in the lower left.

Next, click on Manage Admins.

Look for the admin that has the label Super Admin on their role. This is the credential that needs to be used to connect LinkedIn to Thryv. If you have previously connected LinkedIn with a different credential, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect using this one.

Verify Thryv is connected to your LinkedIn Page

To verify on your LinkedIn Page that Thryv is connected properly, click on Me in the top right, then Settings & Privacy. 

Next, click on Data Privacy. 

Scroll all the way to the bottom of this screen and click on Permitted Services. 

Look for Cloud Campaign in your permitted services. If this is appearing here then the account is connected to Social in Thryv.
