To receive deposits from ThryvPay, you must first connect your bank account. When you are initially approved for ThryvPay, you can expect delays to your deposits of up to 5 business days. Once fully approved, credit card transactions processed prior to 8 pm EST will be funded the next business day. Transactions completed after 8 pm EST will be included in the next day’s total. All bank transfers transactions will be funded to your account within 7-10 business days. In this context "Payout" and "Deposit" are synonyms.
How do I know when a transaction has been deposited to my account?
ThryvPay has no way of knowing when a deposit it is in your bank account, but we do know when we have settled your transactions and submitted them to your bank. You can see whether a given transaction has been deposited in your transaction reporting.
Each payout will be in one of the following statuses:
- Preparing - Preparing transaction for submission to your bank
- Created - Transaction pending submittal to your bank. At this stage all of your transactions in Preparing status will be grouped into one deposit with a unique Payout ID
- Submitted - Payout (containing all of your transactions for the time period) has been submitted to your bank for acceptance
- Failed - Your bank has rejected the payout. Verify your bank account in ThryvPay settings. If your bank can't receive a payout for any reason, your bank sends the funds back to ThryvPay and informs us that the transaction failed. It can take up to 5 additional business days for your bank to return the payout to us. ThryvPay then attempts to perform the payout again at the next scheduled payout interval.
- Cancelled - Payout has been cancelled. Payout will automatically reattempt if bank account is in good standing
Is each transaction deposited to my bank account individually?
No, all transactions that have been approved are batched daily at 7PM CST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. These transactions are then grouped under one Payout ID. 1-3 hours later, the payout is created and submitted to your bank. From here, processing time varies depending on your bank.
