We are excited to announce the launch of Thryv Workforce Center, Thryv's automated payroll solution! At the time, Thryv Workforce Center is only available to users of Thryv Command Center, who have purchased after August 1st, 2023. A version of Thryv Workforce Center compatible with all Thryv accounts is under active development.

A payroll blocker is an action item that needs to be resolved in order for you to run payrolls. You will be notified of a payroll blocker by email and a banner in Thryv Workforce Center. On the banner, click on Resolve Now to view any payroll blockers.

Your open payroll blockers will pop out from the right-hand side. Each blocker will include the issue and action item to take to resolve. Either contact support as directed or click on the link to be taken to the screen in Thryv Workforce Center where the item can be resolved.

You will not be able to manually run payroll if there are outstanding blockers. In addition, if the payroll blockers are not resolved by the due date to run payroll automatically, the scheduled payroll will not run.
