Your SEO program also includes detailed analytics about your Google Business Profile. The Google Business Profile (GBP) is a critical element of local SEO, as it directly influences how your business appears in local search results and Google Maps. This integration helps track performance metrics, such as customer interactions and reviews, which are vital for improving your visibility and attracting more local customers. Please note that GBP information accessed through your SEO dashboard is Read Only. To make changes to your GBP information, you will need to do so through Listings Management in Thryv Marketing Center. Click Here for a guide. To access this, navigate to SEO>Google Business Profile
Then, click on Show Details for the profile you wish to view.
Each tab on the top row of this page will show information about the selected profile
Overview
This page contains a series of metrics indicating the overall performance of your profile.
- Google Rating - your overall review score on Google only. This score is displayed on your profile and does not take into account reviews on other sites. To respond to your reviews, navigate to the Reputation tab in Thryv Marketing Center.
- Total Views - total views of your Google Business Profile. This does not include views of your website
- Total Actions - number of times a lead or customer has clicked on one of the action buttons on your profile
- Customer Actions - actions taken on your profile, broken down by the action type (visit your website, request directions, click to call, etc).
- Review Sentiments - number of reviews broken down by positive or negative sentiment
- Response Status - number of reviews broken down by whether they have received a response
Listing
An overview of the business information on your listing. If this needs to changed, do so under Listings Management
Insights
Metrics about your profile's views, how it is appearing in searches, and the actions customers take when they engage with it. In this context, Searches indicates searches where your profile appeared, and Actions are actions taken on your profile specifically.
Keyword Impressions
This tab shows how many times your profile appeared in searches, broken down by the keyword used in the search.
Reviews
This page shows all of your reviews on your profile. Reviews from other sites will not appear. Remember, you can view all of your reviews and respond to them from the Reputation tab in Thryv Marketing Center.
Photos
This tab shows all photos added to your profile. To add more photos, navigate to Listings Management>Google Profile in Thryv Marketing Center to add more.
Local Posts
This tab shows posts to your profile in chronological order. To create posts, navigate to Social in Thryv Marketing Center.
Q&A
This is a feature of your profile where a lead or customer can ask a question and allow you to post a response publicly.
