- Make sure you have completely filled out your Listing Profile, and turned on your Enhanced Profiles if you haven't already done so, to make sure you're getting the most out of your online presence.
Insights gained from this report
- See how many leads your business is acquiring. This is the sum total of all of your online presence connected to Thryv Marketing Center. Remember that you can filter the Total Leads metric to only see them for a certain channel.
- The type of actions your leads are taking. Are they requesting directions on Google maps? Filling out a contact form? This report gives insight into your lead behavior.
