To update your personal information in your employer's payroll software, navigate to My Profile.
Your employee profile is divided into four sections.
Jobs & Pay
This section displays information about your role with the company and your pay rate. This information is read-only for staff members and can only be edited by an admin. If you believe any information on this page is incorrect, please notify your employer directly.
Personal
The Personal section contains information about you, including your name, date of birth, and Social Security Number (SSN). This information cannot be edited directly. If any of these details need to be updated, please contact your employer.
The Contact Info section contains your contact details, including your home address, phone number, and email address. Click Edit to update any of this information.
The Emergency Contact section allows you to provide your employer with a contact person in the event of an emergency. Click Edit to add or update your emergency contact information.
Taxes
In this section, you can review or update your tax information. Click Edit in each section to make changes, including filing status, dependents, deductions, and extra withholdings. We recommend consulting a tax professional if you need guidance when making these changes. You can update this section at any time.
To receive your W-2 electronically, enable the Paperless W-2 toggle.
If there is any applicable state tax information, it will appear in a separate section below.
Documents
The Documents section contains your tax documents. Use the Actions button to View or Download a document.
FAQ
Who Can See My Information?
Information in your profile is only visible to you and your employer, based on their access role in Thryv Workforce Center. Other employees with the Staff role cannot see any of your information.
- Staff — Can access their own pay and edit their own personal information.
- Manager — Can access their own pay only and can view contact information for other staff members.
- Admin — Can add or dismiss employees, view all employees' contact information, and view and edit pay for all employees.
Can My Employer Make Changes to My Information?
Yes. A Thryv Workforce Center Admin can make changes to your information.
