We are excited to announce the launch of Thryv Workforce Center, Thryv's automated payroll solution! At the time, Thryv Workforce Center is only available to users of Thryv Command Center, who have purchased after August 1st, 2023. A version of Thryv Workforce Center compatible with all Thryv accounts is under active development.
To update your personal information in your employer's payroll software, navigate to My Profile
Your employee profile is divided into four sections.
Jobs & Pay
This section shows information about your role with the company and pay rate. Information on this page is read-only for staff members and can only be edited by an admin. If you believe any information on this page is incorrect, you'll need to notify your employer.
Personal
The personal section contains information about you. The Personal Details section contains your name, date of birth, and SSN. This information can not be edited. If any information in this section needs to be changed, you must contact your employer.
The Contact Info section contains information to contact you. Click on Edit to update any of this information, including home address, phone number, and email.
Finally, your Emergency Contact provides your employer someone to contact in the event of an emergency. Click on Edit to add information for your emergency contact.
Taxes
In this section, you can review or change your tax information. Click on Edit for each section to change your tax information including filing status, dependents, deductions and extra withholdings. Always consult a tax professional if you need guidance when making these changes. You are able to make changes to this section at any time.
To receive your W-2 electronically, set the Paperless W-2 toggle to On.
In addition, if there is any applicable state tax information, this will appear in a separate section.
Documents
The Documents section contains your tax documents. Use the Actions button to View or Download a document.
FAQ
Who can see my information?
Information in your profile is only visible to you and your employer, defined by their access role in Thryv Workforce Center. Other employees with the Staff role can not see any of your information.
- Staff - can access their own pay and edit their own information
- Manager - can access their own pay only and can see contact information for other staff
- Admin - can add or dismiss employees, see all employees contact information, see and edit pay for all employees
Can my employer make changes to my information?
Yes, a Thryv Workforce Center Admin can also make changes to your information.
