This video walks you through how to create tracked phone numbers in Thryv and how to use the call tracking reporting dashboard to measure your marketing campaign performance, including how to view all calls received for a specific trackable number, the phone number the call came from, the date received, and the call duration. It also covers how to listen to call recordings if call recording is enabled on your account, and how to add, edit, and delete internal call notes. Note that call notes are for internal use only and are not sent to your client. It does not cover setting up call recording or creating campaigns inside Thryv. To view reporting for a specific trackable phone number, navigate to your call tracking dashboard in Thryv and select the campaign you want to review. To add a note to a call, click Add Note in the call details popup. To edit an existing note click the pencil icon and to delete a note click the trash can icon.
