It's simple: if you send a referral link to a fellow business owner, they will enter their business information, and one of our Business Advisors will contact them to see if Thryv is a good fit for their business. If they end up purchasing a paid software subscription with Thryv, then you will receive a $300 credit on your next invoice!

Referring a fellow business owner is an easy process! To get started, just click on the rewards icon in the top right corner of your Thryv software.

In the window that pops up, your unique referral link will appear. Click on the Share button to copy the link or share it your network via email, Facebook, or LinkedIn. 

What happens after I send someone a referral link?

One of our Business Advisors will contact the business owner you referred to set up a demo and confirm whether Thryv will be a good fit for their business. If the business owner then purchases a paid software subscription with Thryv, you will receive a $300 credit toward your next invoice. You will be notified of the credit by email. 

Can I track the referrals I've sent?

Yes you can! To track referrals that you've sent, click on Referral History. Once the business owner has clicked on the link and filled out the form, you are able to track the status of each referral, and whether the reward has been paid.

How do I join the program?

No sign up is necessary! Any Thryv user with a paid subscription is automatically eligible.

Yes. Credits applied are used by the next billable event. 

Will my links expire?

No, they do not expire as long as you maintain your paid Thryv subscription!

When will I receive my reward?

As soon as your referral is approved, your $300 credit will automatically be applied to your next invoice.

Can my Thryv Business Advisor help me with a referral?

Of course! For a more personal touch, your Business Advisor can help! Simply provide them with your referral's details, and they'll send it to our Thryv Rewards Team for quick processing.
