Refunding the wrong amount or making a client wait too long for a resolution can damage trust you worked hard to build. Partial Refunds in Thryv lets you refund a specific dollar amount or a set percentage of any previously collected payment directly from your payment dashboard, without logging into a separate payment processor. If the original payment was collected through your connected payment processor, the partial refund is automatically returned to your client without any additional steps. When you process a Partial Refund, you can add an internal note to the transaction for your own records, and the payment status in your dashboard updates to Partially Refunded immediately so your records stay accurate. To get started, open the payment in your dashboard and click Refund to enter the refund amount and complete the process.
