We are excited to announce the launch of Thryv Workforce Center, Thryv's automated payroll solution! At the time, Thryv Workforce Center is only available to users of Thryv Command Center, who have purchased after August 1st, 2023. A version of Thryv Workforce Center compatible with all Thryv accounts is under active development.

If an employee was invited to self onboard but now needs to be removed, this guide will show you how to remove them in Thryv Workforce Center. This is not the same as terminating an employee who is currently on your payroll.

1. Click on Staff

2. Click on Actions>Remove Employee

Employees can be removed before or after they have completed their self-onboarding.

3. In the window that appears, confirm that you wish to remove this employee. 

4. A banner will display indicating that the employee has been removed

FAQ

Does this also delete this employee's records?

No, this does not remove the employee's records, pay history, or other information as you may need it later. This employee can still be found under Inactive in your staff screen.

Does this also remove them from Thryv Command Center or any of my other Thryv products?

Removing an employee in Thryv Workforce Center does not remove them as a staff member in Thryv Command Center or any other Thryv products, or vice versa. If you want to remove them from Thryv Command Center, you will need to do so separately in your Thryv Command Center settings.
