If you have changed banks or want to receive your paycheck in a different account, Thryv Workforce Center™ makes it easy to update your payment method without contacting your employer. You can switch to a new bank account for direct deposit or change to a paper check, all from your payment settings. This article covers how to update your direct deposit bank account and how to switch to payment by paper check.
How to Access Your Payment Method Settings
To update your payment method, click MyPay in the left-hand navigation, then click Payment Settings. Under the Payment Method section, click Edit to open your payment method options.
How to Switch to a New Bank Account for Direct Deposit
To replace your current bank account with a new one for direct deposit, click Replace in the Payment Method section. Thryv Workforce Center will require you to delete your previous bank account before adding a new one.
Click Delete to remove the existing bank account, then proceed to enter your new bank account information.
Enter your new bank account details in the fields provided. The Bank Account Nickname field is used within Thryv Workforce Center to distinguish the account from other saved bank accounts. The Bank Account Nickname is not displayed to your employer or shown anywhere outside of Thryv Workforce Center. When you have finished entering your bank account information, click Save New Account.
How to Switch from Direct Deposit to a Paper Check
To stop receiving direct deposit and get paid by paper check instead, click Edit in the Payment Method section. Click the Payment Type dropdown and select Pay by Check. Selecting Pay by Check will automatically delete your saved bank account from Thryv Workforce Center. If you switch back to direct deposit in the future, you will need to reconnect your bank account by entering your bank account details again.
