We are excited to announce the launch of Thryv Workforce Center, Thryv's automated payroll solution! At the time, Thryv Workforce Center is only available to users of Thryv Command Center, who have purchased after August 1st, 2023. A version of Thryv Workforce Center compatible with all Thryv accounts is under active development.

If you've changed banks, or want to receive your paycheck in a different account, Thryv Workforce Center™ makes it easy to switch. 

Navigate to MyPay>Payment Settings and under Payment Method, click Edit

To eliminate direct deposit entirely and get paid by a paper check, click on the Payment Type drop-down and select Pay by Check. Note that doing so will automatically delete your saved bank account. If you ever switch back to direct deposit, you will need to reconnect your bank account.

To choose a new bank account to receive direct deposits, click on Replace. 

From here, you will be required to delete your previous bank account before adding a new one.

Next, enter the information for your bank account. The Bank Account Nickname is used within Thryv Workforce Center to distinguish it from other bank accounts entered. It will not be displayed anywhere else. When finished, click Save New Account.
