What can I include in an estimate? An estimate in Thryv Business Center can include an itemized list of services and products with quantities and pricing, an optional discount, a required client signature, and file attachments such as photos, contracts, or scope of work documents.
Can a client approve an estimate without signing it? Yes, if the signature requirement is turned off on the estimate. When the Require Signature toggle is disabled, the client can approve the estimate by clicking the approval button without adding a signature.
What happens after a client approves an estimate? Once a client approves an estimate, the estimate status in your Estimates dashboard changes to Approved. You can then convert the approved estimate into an invoice without re-entering any information.
Can I send an estimate to multiple clients at once? No. Each estimate is linked to one client and sent individually. To send the same estimate to multiple clients, create a separate estimate for each client.
