Your employer uses Thryv Workforce Center™ to manage payroll. In order to receive payment, you will need to complete your onboarding with this payroll system. This guide will walk you through setting up your payroll account, updating your personal information, setting up direct deposit, and making tax elections.

You will receive an onboarding invitation at your email address. If you have not received it, confirm with your employer that your email address is on file correctly, as only they are able to update it. The email will appear as coming from your employer, using the name as it is entered in Thryv Workforce Center.
When you receive your invitation, click Login to get started.
Personal Details
First, enter your personal information, and confirm your work address is correct. If it is not, let your employer know, as only they are able to update.
Next, enter your home address. This is used for tax documentation purposes.
Tax Elections
Next, you will need to answer a series of questions about your tax elections. Based on your selected filing status, additional questions may appear. If you are unsure how to complete this section, we recommend consulting a tax professional.
If applicable in your state, you will also need to answer questions about state taxes. If this does not apply in your state, this screen will not appear.
Payment Info
In this step, select how you would like to be paid — either by physical check or by direct deposit. If you choose to be paid by physical check, your employer will provide your check on payday and no further action is needed on this screen. Click Save & Continue to proceed.
If you select direct deposit, you will need to connect your bank account. You can connect instantly using your online banking credentials with Plaid, or manually enter your account number and routing number.
Verify with Plaid
First, select your bank from the list, or find it by searching. If your bank does not appear, this means your bank does not connect to Plaid, and you will have to verify manually.

Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions to verify your bank account.

To verify manually, first select your account type and enter your routing and account number. You can locate your account number and routing number at the bottom of a check, or on your bank statement.
Sign Documents
Any documents to sign will be on this screen. You will need to sign your W-4 and an authorization for direct deposit if you selected it in the previous step. To sign a document, click the Sign button.
To sign the document, click on Add Signature. Then, type your name in the signature field that appears and check the box. Finally, click Sign Document to sign.
Finally, review and confirm that all submitted information is accurate. When finished, click on Submit Enrollment.
FAQ
Can I Go Back and Change My Information Later? Yes. After onboarding is complete, you will be able to log in to Thryv Workforce Center and update your personal information at any time.
Can My Co-Workers See My Personal Information? No. Only Managers and above can view your contact information, and only Admins can view your pay information.
Do I Have to Set Up Direct Deposit? No. You have the option to be paid by physical check, which will be provided by your employer. You can still view your pay history in Thryv Workforce Center at any time.
