We are excited to announce the launch of Thryv Workforce Center, Thryv's automated payroll solution! At the time, Thryv Workforce Center is only available to users of Thryv Command Center, who have purchased after August 1st, 2023. A version of Thryv Workforce Center compatible with all Thryv accounts is under active development.
Your employer is using Thryv Workforce Center™ to manage their payroll. What this means is, you will need to onboard with this payroll system in order for your employer to pay you. This guide will show you now to get your payroll account set up so you can get paid for your hard work as well as how to update your information, set up direct deposit, and make tax elections.

You should receive an invitation to your email address to self onboard. If you have not received your email, ensure with your employer that your email address is correct, as only they are able to change it. The email will appear as coming from your employer, from their name as it's entered in Thryv Workforce Center.
When you receive your invitation, click on Login to get started
Personal Details
First, enter your personal information, and confirm your work address is correct. If it is not, let your employer know, as only they are able to update.
Next, enter your home address. This is used for tax documentation purposes.
Tax Elections
Next you'll need to answer a series of questions about your tax elections. Based on your selected filing status, you'll need to answer additional questions. If you're unsure how to fill this out, consult your tax professional.
If applicable in your state, you will also need to answer questions about state taxes. If this does not apply in your state, this screen will not appear.
Payment Info
In this step, select how you would like to be paid, by either a physical paper check or by direct deposit. If you elect to be paid by a paper check, your employer will provide your check on pay day, and no further action is needed on this screen. You can click Save & Continue.
If you select direct deposit, you will need to connect your bank account. You can connect instantly using your online banking credentials with Plaid, or manually enter your account number and routing number.
Verify with Plaid
First, select your bank from the list, or find it by searching. If your bank does not appear, this means your bank does not connect to Plaid, and you will have to verify manually.

Click Allow to grant the necessary permissions to verify your bank account.

Verify Your Bank Account Manually
To verify manually, first select your account type and enter your routing and account number. You can locate your account number and routing number at the bottom of a check, or on your bank statement.
Sign Documents
Any documents to sign will be on this screen. You will need to sign your W-4 and an authorization for direct deposit if you selected it in the previous step. To sign a document, click the Sign button.
To sign the document, click on Add Signature. Then, type your name in the signature field that appears and check the box. Finally, click Sign Document to sign.
Finally, review and confirm that all submitted information is accurate. When finished, click on Submit Enrollment.
FAQ
Can I go back and change my information later?
Yes, after sign-up is complete, you will be able to log in to Thryv Workforce Center and change your personal information.
Can my co-workers see my personal information?
No, only Managers and above can see your contact information, and only admins can see information about your pay.
Do I have to set up direct deposit?
No, you have the option to get paid by paper check. In this case, the check will come from your employer. You can still view your pay history in Thryv Workforce Center.
