How to Complete the Interactive Demo
The demo is divided into two parts. First, you will take a guided tour of an Automated Campaign from beginning to end. Then you will have the chance to follow the steps yourself to see how setup works in your own account.
To complete the guided tour, click Next on each window that appears as you move through the demo. To complete the interactive walkthrough afterward, click the blue dot shown on each step. The blue dot indicates where you should click next to advance through the walkthrough.
Set Up Automated Campaigns in Your Account
Once you have completed the demo, you are ready to build your first Automated Campaign in your live Thryv account. Open the Automated Campaigns setup page in Thryv Business Center to get started.

Do I need any special setup before using Automated Campaigns?
Automated Campaigns are available within Thryv Business Center. To use the feature in your live account, you need an active Thryv Business Center subscription with access to the Automated Campaigns feature. If you do not see Automated Campaigns in your account, contact your Thryv representative to confirm your access.
Will my customers know the messages are automated?
Automated Campaign messages are designed to feel personal to each customer. You write the message content during setup and Automated Campaigns delivers the message at the right time based on the rules you set. The customer sees a message that looks just like one you would send manually.
Can I edit a campaign after it is running?
