Why Process Online Payments With ThryvPay
Waiting for checks in the mail, chasing down customers for cash, and paying expensive third-party processors are all reasons your money sits in someone else's account longer than it should. ThryvPay is the payment processor built directly into Thryv, so charging a customer takes seconds, payments land in your account quickly, and you do not have to jump between different apps to collect what you are owed. Your customers can pay with credit card or bank transfer directly from the invoice you sent them, and you can charge cards on the spot when the job is done. Less waiting, fewer apps to manage, and faster cash flow.
This interactive demo walks you through how to charge customers and accept online payments with ThryvPay from start to finish. After the demo, you will know how to start processing payments through ThryvPay in your own account.

Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods does ThryvPay accept?
ThryvPay accepts credit card and bank transfer payments. Your customer can choose either payment method when paying an invoice you sent them, or you can charge a credit card directly through the ThryvPay interface in your Thryv account.
What is the difference between charging a customer and accepting an invoice payment?
Charging a customer means you process a credit card payment directly through ThryvPay, typically when the customer is in front of you or has provided their card details. Accepting an invoice payment means you send an invoice with a payment link, and the customer pays the invoice on their own using credit card or bank transfer. Both methods deposit the payment into your ThryvPay account.
Do I need a separate subscription to use ThryvPay?
ThryvPay is included as a feature of Thryv. To process payments, your ThryvPay account must be active and connected to your Thryv account. Processing fees apply to each transaction based on the payment method and your ThryvPay configuration.
When does the money from a customer payment reach my bank account?
Customer payments are deposited into your ThryvPay account immediately when the customer completes the payment. The transfer from your ThryvPay account to your bank account follows the payout schedule set in your ThryvPay configuration.
