Remove Thryv from Your Facebook Business Integrations
Removing Thryv from your Facebook Business Integrations resets the connection between Facebook and Thryv, which allows you to re-authorize your Instagram business profile cleanly. Follow these steps from a desktop browser — this process is not available in the Facebook mobile app.
Log in to your Facebook account at facebook.com. Once logged in, click the downward-facing arrow icon in the top-right corner of the Facebook navigation bar to open your account menu.
Click Settings & Privacy in the account menu dropdown, then click Settings to open your Facebook Settings page.
Click Business Integrations in the left-hand column of the Settings page. The Business Integrations section displays a list of all third-party apps that have been granted access to your Facebook account, including Thryv. You will see each app listed by name with its permissions and the date access was granted.
Check the checkbox next to Thryv in the Business Integrations list. Then click the Remove button. A confirmation prompt will appear asking you to confirm the removal. Click Remove again to confirm. Thryv is now removed from your Facebook Business Integrations and no longer has access to your Facebook account or connected Instagram business profile.
