Thryv® provides curated content recommendations tailored to your business, including licensed stock images and industry-relevant news articles, so you always have ready-to-use content available when it is time to schedule your posts. Sharing relevant news articles positions your business as a knowledgeable expert in your field, while professional stock images give your posts a polished, engaging look all included at no additional cost as part of your Thryv account. Building your Content Library with recommendations means less time searching for content and more time running your business.
How to Access Social Media Recommendations
To access your social media recommendations, click Social in the left-hand navigation. Then click Recommendations. The Recommendations page displays curated content tailored to your business that you can save directly to your Content Library.
How to Find Relevant Recommendations
- Choose your content type
At the top-left corner of the Recommendations page, locate the content type toggle. Click the toggle to switch between the two available content types:
- News Articles, displays industry-relevant articles with engaging headlines designed to attract interest from your customers and present your business as a knowledgeable expert that stays current on trends in your field.
- Images, displays licensed stock images available for use in your social media posts. There is no limit to the number of images you can use and no additional charge for any of them. All stock images are included with your Thryv account.
- Search for recommendations using keywords
Enter a keyword in the search bar on the Recommendations page to find content relevant to your business or the topic of your post. You can enter multiple keywords at the same time. When multiple keywords are entered, Thryv uses "Or" logic meaning a recommendation only needs to match one of the keywords entered, not all of them. Recommended content matching your search terms will display below the search bar.
How to Save or Remove a Recommendation
Removing a recommendation
To remove a recommendation you do not want to see again, click the X icon in the lower-right corner of the recommendation. The recommendation will be removed from your Recommendations page and will not appear in future recommendations.
Saving a recommendation to your Content Library
To save a recommendation to your Content Library, click the checkmark icon in the lower-right corner of the recommendation. The recommendation will disappear from your Recommendations page and will now be available in your Content Library. To access your Content Library, click Social in the left-hand navigation, then click Content Library.
Tips for Building a Robust Content Library
Try different combinations of keywords to surface a variety of content types and topics relevant to your business. Experiment with industry-specific terms, seasonal topics, and service-related keywords to find recommendations that resonate with your customers. Saving recommendations regularly as you browse will build a strong Content Library that makes scheduling your social media posts faster and easier.
