Sometimes when attempting to connect a Meta account (Facebook or Instagram) to Thryv Marketing Center™, you may encounter an issue with Meta permissions. This guide will show you how to reset your permissions so you can connect your account.
To reset your permission, go to Facebook. Then, be sure that you are logged into the personal Facebook account that has admin access to your Business Page. Click on your profile icon in the top right, and navigate to Settings and Privacy>Settings
From here, scroll down on the left-hand menu, and select Business Integrations.
Locate Cloud Campaign, and click on Remove. On the confirmation screen that appears, click on Remove again.
Note that it is not necessary to have the box checked to send notification to Cloud Campaign. Because your Meta account is connected to Thryv Marketing Center, you will follow Thryv Marketing Center's process for connecting your account.
