Why the Team Activity Report Helps You Manage Staff Performance
Knowing which staff members are driving results — and which ones need support — is essential for running a tight operation. The Team Activity Report in Thryv Reporting Center™ gives you a clear, objective view of how each staff member is engaging with customers, from the number of appointments they are completing to how quickly and how often they are following up with leads. With this data, you can recognize your top performers, identify where additional coaching is needed, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Regularly reviewing the Team Activity Report keeps your staff aligned with your business goals and creates a more consistent, professional experience for your customers. This article covers what the Team Activity Report measures, how to make sure the report reflects accurate data, what insights the report provides, and what actions you can take directly from the report.
How to Make Sure Your Team Activity Report Reflects Accurate Data
The Team Activity Report is only as useful as the data your staff records. To ensure the report reflects your team's true activity, confirm that each staff member is actively tracking their client interactions in Thryv Business Center™. Staff members should be logging appointments, creating estimates, and issuing invoices through Thryv Business Center™ rather than tracking these activities outside the platform. If staff activity is recorded elsewhere, it will not appear in the Team Activity Report.

What the Team Activity Report Shows You
The Team Activity Report provides the following metrics for each staff member:
How often each staff member's estimates are converting into paid invoices, helping you identify staff who may need coaching on closing jobs.
How many appointments each staff member is completing, giving you visibility into workload distribution across your team.
How often each staff member's customers are returning as repeat clients, indicating the quality of the customer experience each staff member is delivering.

The report displays a table with one row per staff member and columns for appointments completed, estimates sent, invoices generated, and repeat customer rate. Each metric is shown as a number for the selected date range.
Actions You Can Take Directly from the Team Activity Report
The Team Activity Report is not just for reviewing data — it gives you a starting point for taking action. Based on the metrics in the report, you can take the following actions:
Rebalance workloads — If one staff member has significantly more appointments than others, use the reassign appointments to a staff member feature to distribute the workload more evenly.
Coach underperforming staff — If a staff member is sending a high volume of estimates but converting few of them to paid invoices, use the report data as the basis for a coaching conversation about follow-up best practices and closing techniques.
Recognize top performers — Use the report to identify staff members who are completing the most appointments, generating the most revenue, or retaining the highest number of repeat customers, and acknowledge their contributions to the team.
