Before you connect, make sure your Instagram account is set up as a professional account and linked to a Facebook business page (you will also need admin access to that Facebook page). Once those requirements are met, the connection is completed through the App Market in Thryv Business Center, where you locate the Instagram Messenger app, grant the necessary permissions, and click Install. After Instagram Messenger is connected, messages sent to your Instagram business profile appear in your Thryv inbox automatically.
