Every business tracks different information about its clients, customizing your client card fields in Thryv lets you capture exactly what matters to your business, whether that's pet birthdays, vehicle details, case numbers or any other client-specific data. Custom fields appear on your client card and can be added to your Thryv forms so clients fill them in directly during scheduling or when submitting their details. You can add, edit, reorder and delete fields at any time to keep your client records organized and relevant to how your business operates.

To access your client card settings, click Settings in the left-hand navigation, then click Cases & Contact Info. Note that the name of this setting may vary depending on your business type as it may appear as Cases & Contact Info, Patients & Contact Info, or Projects & Contact Info, among others.
