Sharing documents with your clients directly through Thryv keeps all your files and conversations in one place, no email attachments, no back-and-forth, and no lost paperwork. From the Documents section in the left-hand navigation, you can share up to 10 documents with up to 20 clients at a time. You can choose files you've already stored in your documents library, or upload new ones directly from your device. When you share a document, your client receives an email notification with a personal message you write and the conversation is automatically created and assigned to the staff member of your choice. Once sent, shared documents are easy to find, they stay attached to the client conversation and are accessible anytime under the Sent section in Documents.
